Absolutly not, and here is why. Rex Grossman is not winning games. The comeback player of the year should be Ernest Graham, RB Buccanneers.
The reason I believe this is because he has been cut 3 years in a row by the buccaneers prior to the regular season. When Cadillac Willliams went down with a PTL tear; he has stepped in and rushed for lots of yards, inculding two straight 100 yard games.

He is the starter because the coaching staff didn't ask a person walking by Soldier Field in July on what should be done....pedestrians knew Grossman couldn't do minimal again for the Bears to roll through the schedule. He regains the job basically due to an injury and one pass.
A cheerleader who came back from an ACL injury last year to be on the team's cheering squad this season has more of a claim to that award.

Comeback participant of the year? His group went to the Superbowl final season and this year they are suffering to get to .500. For a participant to be comeback participant of the year he might could have neglected most of the previous season or had an horrific year. Grossman performed all final year and did fairly plenty. After the 1st 0.5 final season some human beings wanted to crown the guy MVP!

Why? He is just as inconsistent as last year. When he is good he is good, when he is bad he is horrible. Also it doesn't count as you were bad at the start of the year and become good, it is you had a bad year or were injured and got good THE NEXT YEAR.
