I eat at my MLS's house every year, year after year.... I wish people would put an ad in for guests at their house.... Ha Ha, that's why I eat something small before I go!!

My daughter, her MIL and I will be doing the cooking so we will have a wonderful feast. Wish you could join us.

Yes. I'm doing the cooking so I know I will like what I make. Our meals are pretty simple, but I have gotten good at it over the years. I'm so glad I don't have to go to my mother-in-law's anymore for holidays (I am divorced). She always buys the crappy pre-made meal from the grocery store and it's awful. I cooked one year early in my marriage and everyone raved about the food. I think maybe I put her to shame so she never tried cooking again! LOL.

My aunt told me that we should have thanksgiving at my house. I said no way because I would burn the turkey and I need to enterain my two boys. I wouldn't be able to do that but my sister in law doing at her house..

Yep. I am the main cook; my wife does the pies and deserts.
That's because I am a descendant of the Puritans (Pilgrims); she is a Filipina.
