I cannot give you a complete answer however I'll do my best.
The Jews in Germany at the time were mostly in business and shop owners. Hitler simply tapped the latent need to blame someone for economic and moral depression in Germany at the time. Hitler and his ilk chose focused their attention and that of the Germans on other peoples "benefiting at the expenses of Germans" and amongst others they specifically targeted the Jews.

There was no "conflict". For a conflict you need to have two sides and outstanding issues such as territory or economic interests. This case was totally one-sided: the Jews were innocent victims of pure irrational hatred on the part of the Nazis.
There are a great number of books and documentaries which deal with the origins of the Holocaust.
I would recommend "The Pity of it All " by Amos Elon, "Nazi Germany & The Jews" by Saul Friedlander and "Hitler's Willing Executioners" by Daniel Jonah Goldhagen.

I believe Hitler was using the Jewish population of Germany as a scapegoat during his election campaign. There was a lot of dissent towards the Jewish citizens of Germany going back for many years and Hitler "capitalized" on this to get elected, and then it became an obsession. There wasn't necessarily a conflict between Jews and Germans as obviously many Germans were Jewish. It was more a prejudice towards them by many non-Jewish residents. Hitler tried to blame a lot of the problems with the poor economy on the Jewish business people and used it to his advantage.

Hitler hated the jews for one but as far as i'm concerned it mostly started because of the building of the V2 rockets. Hitler used the jews in forced labor camps to help build these rockets and more then 20 K people died just from the camps. The V2 rockets killed about 5K british. Hitler wanted to exterminate the jews and this was the easiest way to start work them to death and for those who lived exterminated them. I hope he's still burning somewhere !!

believe it or not..hitler was a jew...the jews were a religious threat to his wnting to take over europe...he also wanted a pure wlond and white race...he had doctors even try to make a medical concoction that would make certain people blond ...if hitler wouldnt have pushed so hard to take over europe and had taken his time..he might have succeded...hitler also had mass graves of jews whom had starved to death in his prison camps...burning the jews was just a way of getting rid of the bodies without actually buring them..sicko..

first of all it's not a 'conflict' between the jews and the germans....it's called racism and the ppl who are a victim of it haven't done anything to deserv it...Anti-semitism is widespread, every Jew-hater in this world has his own personal reason to hate them, but most are linked to the stereotypes they pinned on Jews...In a nutshell, Hitler used the Jews as scapegoats to rise to power, blame their WW1 defeit on someone else and because he was crazy...

It was because Hitler thought the supreme race was someone with blonde hair and blue eyes. Jewish prople from Isreal typically have brown hair and brown eyes. Hitler summoned his nazi's to abolish everyone who wasn't in the supreme race... (even though Hitler himself had brown hair)
But nowadays, there are Jews with blonde hair and blue eyes because anyone can join whatever church they want.... and they have hair dye and colored contact lenses.....
