Like we have that right.
We do the same thing.
To do so would be hypocritical.
We're no better than they are when it comes to torture.

I love all the pro torture comments.
The Taliban is a very small group they kill a few people a year, In tribal areas.
Meanwhile the Iraq body count approaches a million and the Republicans are calling for more torture.
What is it about torture that makes people go crazy.

As long as Bush and the rest of his Neocon administration who condoned and approved of torture aren't brought to justice in America or before an International tribunal the US government has no moral authority and or credibility whatsoever to denounce this.
Sad but that's the reality. Another thing American can thank the great decider for

Sadly, the answer is no. The Bsuh administration destroyed our nation's moral authority by adopting torture as a policy.
And their rhetorical "spin" and doublespeak doesn't change that. No one cares about their attempts to excuse their actions by "redefining" torture.

I want to know where the outrage is from the democratic party. They bash the US for it's torturing of known terrorists, why not denounce the Taliban for torturing police?

To the first guy, the outrage is everywhere...you just can't see it because you're on the pro-torture side.
And no, the USA under bush has no moral authority to denounce torture.

The moral authority of the US does seem to be in question. The Taliban however, seems to torture for tortures sake.
