When that butterfly winged alien flys underwater and then lifts the entire deep sea habitat up on the alien underwater city.

someone needs to have his brain checked because Jodie Foster starred in Contact, not Cosmos (although both of them has something to do with Carl Sagan)

For me... hmmm lots of them. From the pretty much obscure Limbo, to the classic Casablanca and Gone With the Wind, to the relatively recent animation movie The Iron Giant.

Can't say which one is absolute best - because I don't believe in such a thing.
