Buy a small piece of 1/2" drywall at least 1" larger than the hole. Use a sharp utility razor and cut the hole out so that is square. Then, make a cut along the sides of the hole about 1" outside of the hole. Only cut deep enough to remove the paper on the face of the wall. Then, cut your new drywll piece to match the size of the hole and the cut out paper section. Turn the new drywall over and cut down each side through the thick drywall center being careful not to cut through the face paper on the new piece. Go slow and be careful not to cut yourself. Dry fit the piece to the hole and make sure the new face paper fits into the place of the old face paper. If so, then use a thin layer of drywall patch on the wall where you cut of the face paper. Place the new piece into the hole and use a putty knife to smooth the new paper face into the drywall patch. use a little more patch and smooth out. Wait for the patch to dry(overnight) then lightly sand, prime and paint.

Tell your sister.
Get a contractor for the wall.
Get counseling. Some one who will tell you it is irresponsible and immature to blame your behavior on booze.
This kind of behavior is not funny or cool and really just makes you look like someone who does not have a grip.
Very lame.
You should be ashamed of yourself for not respecting your sisters belongings.
