do you mean actual cards or e-greetings? i don't know of any free actual cards, but you can always send an e-card, and there are a bunch of sites for that, including Hallmark.

Hallmark.com- You'll have to create an account but they have a lot to choose from for free or for a fee. I stick with the free ones cause it's air right?

You must check out the Actioncat.com site. It has the cutest cards ever and my girlfriend sends them to me all the time. They're totally free and you can help the kitties, too!

free greeting cards, ecards or just plain greeting cards...etc lol. also alot of ways to find them with search engine's, as u can see.
