It depends upon how many Regional Centers the mail must pass through. In our city, we cannot send mail intracity (which used to take 1 day). It goes from out city to the Regional Center for stamp cancellation, then back to our city for sorting and delivery. It takes 3-4 days for a same city mailing here.
