I agree with everyone, doctors have heard everything.
Do you have a male or female doctor? Is it possible you may feel more comfortable switching to the opposite gender of your current doctor?
I have had plently of embarrassing problems because if any little thing is different in my body, I'm running to the doctor.
Just last month, I had notice an itch in my vagina. I thought I had a yeast infection, so I was like no biggie. Well when the itch didn't go away, I start thinking omg I have a STD or STI and it finally appeared. I want to make an appt. with my regualr doctor, but she was booked. I ended up having to go to a local clinic and see a doctor I had never met in my life. Turns out, all I had was an ingrown hair and because of that, it caused itching.
Or there was the time I had to go to my regular doctor and have my first pap.
No matter where I went, be it my primary doctor, or at a clinic, none of the doctors or nurses, busted out laughing when I told them any of my problems.
They are there to help you and they can't if you don't tell them. I'm very nervous that your bladder problem has been going on for some time now. As females, I swear we can can't any and everything more often than our male counterparts, so when something is not right, you need to go to the doctor ASAP.

Take it from someone who knows...Working with doctors they have heard it all....They will talk to you and fix your problem(s). and then you walk out the door..they see the next patient and will forget all about you.
If you think you have a UTI, burning sentation with urination and reguardless if you are male or female. It will only get worse. Since UTI is an infections it will only keep going higher and higher. The one thing they will probably want you to do is Pee in a Cup. It isn't an embrassing issue. Best of Luck.

A doctor is there for your health, being embarrassed about talking to them is just plain immature. They don't make judgements, they are to provide solutions. What is better, being embarrassed or getting help so you won't have this problem?

well doctors hear this stuff all the time, i mean theyre not like school children, they wont say "EWWW! THATS GROSS!" or make a joke. Im not trying to be crude by the way. If you tell ur doctor that ur left boob had speckled green and black spots on it, hes not gonna run away screaming. he will tell you what to do, and be professional about it. If he makes a rude joke, etc. tell him you dont wish to see him anymore and get a more mature doctor

i replaced into an analogous way. i eventually have been given use to it. They pay attention an analogous element from such countless different women folk, it is not a random guy who will decide you they have seen an heard lots from women folk that may not something. It merely takes time to get use to chatting with somebody approximately those issues. as a ways because of the fact the burning pee is going I had uti's each and all of the time and taking cranberry supplementations labored wonders. have not had one because of the fact.
