I'm thankful that he has ruined his party which will pave the way for a democratic win in November which will hopefully be Hillary but hey, ADWD (Any Democrat will do.)!

i'm grateful that President Bush has continued to do the main suitable he can for our usa inspite of the consistent media bashing he has gotten. although, on a plenty greater word: Thanksgiving is an afternoon to furnish because of the fact of Almighty God for His consistent care and provision of this 12 months. that's a time for families and buddies to assemble to have fun the abundance we get excitement from and to share what we've with those much less fortunate.

What is with all of you ? Maybe you should quit pretending to be miserable and actually accept that the USA is in great shape. This is in spite of all the Libs trying to sabotage this President. I mean come on, loosing jobs, ruining the economy, etc... is this a joke? You are so desperate to make the president look bad that you've resorted to foolish distortions of the truth.
As to the original question of this post, I'm thankful for this presidents great policies on taxes, the war on terrorism, remaining presidential in the face of all the immature liberal leadership, and keeping this the greatest country on earth !
So, please don't let your unnatural hatred for our president cloud your judgment this holiday season, and be thankful.

I'm thankful for a 4 day weekend, home cooked meals prepared by someone with far better culinary skills than I. The company of my family. And although my life isn't perfect, I feel like I have much to be thankful for, plenty of bananas in the barn to last the winter and a promising hope for more opportunity next year.
All that in spite of the "turkey" in the white house.

I honestly believe that if the Bush family had not existed we would be pretty much where we are right now.
This is about the dynamic of the elite and the masses.

One does not thank traitors. That's a good enough reason.
Besides--Thanksgiving is about thanking God for His blessings. The religioous right may think Bush is anointed by God--but no one else does.

As others have said...we can be thankful that in a little over a year, the only thing Bush will be able to torture is the English language.

That on January 20, 2009 he will go back to Texas and spend the rest of his life cutting brush, probably the only real work he is suited for.

We are thankful that he is a lame-duck who is losing his relevance day by day as the end of his term nears closer.
