Hmm,both are very good shows in my opinion, but I would say that House M.D. is better because I think they can take the most serious times into something really funny. Whereas Grey's Anatomy is just serious and medical, House M.D. is medical and funny. But both are great plots!

House M.D. It has a much more interesting plotline. Also, it is a lot funnier than Grey's Anatomy.
