hehe some days i sleep from 3am - 10am.
other days i sleep from 10pm - 2am.
haha i'm a shift worker tho!
sometimes the sleepin pattern can fall out of place and be a bit messed up for a while...it is ok and will sort itself back out!
sleeping more than 10hrs hey? do you feel tired when you get up? if not, maybe u need 10hrs sleep.. but if you are, you're probably sleeping a lil too long!

Our sleep and wake cycle is dependent of several things; our age (younger people need more sleep, teens needing the most), stress (causes us to wake because our mind keeps going while we sleep), medical/emotional conditions/medicine (some conditions affect sleep and so do medications, eating/drinking habits (alcohol and caffiene are two of the biggest disturbers of sleep) or unhealthy food (some foods cause indigestion, which interrupts sleep. And finally guilt (feeling bad about something) if you have lived a life that is not right, that can eat at you and keep you awake.

Nothing is abnormal. Its Ur choice to sleep for 10 hrs or even more.

maybe your body/mind need the rest. Or u could have a sleep disorder. If it continues, go to Web MD, and try that.

you probally just neeed to readjust your sleeping time. and i also had a sleeping problem like this, i found a simple solution, listen to music if you can it relaxes people. also see a doctor if your really concerned

no nothing is wrong. ur body is ust undergoing a period of time wen it needs plent of good ol sleep. just wait until u sleep regularly again. :)

did you drink coffee or drink before you sleep. if so, stop drink coffee 2 hours before your planning to go to bed. also tv or computer time before bed distured you sleep!
