Personally I would just use a wet tooth brush. Baking soda is good but the taste....yetch! Make sure you rinse too!

brush with salt water... a tablespoon of disvolved salt in warm water will do the trick,,, after brushing away the stinky bacteria you mouth will be clean, just not minty
