I have several.. One is Oatmeal the other is Shredded Wheat and the last is Cream of Wheat And.. No, I'm hungry a couple hrs. later. The key to avoiding hunger is adding protein to your breakfast and some fat.. If you notice.. eating eggs and bacon for breakfast with grits or potatoes.. you tend not to get hungry, but with cereal.. I need to eat again in two hrs. I usually add, Trader Joe's low salt crunchy peanut butter on an English Muffin for protein or a small whey protein shake with blueberries added.. We are at the gym at 5am and eat at 6:30am Yogurt at 9am and lunch at 1pm.

I eat alot of different breakfast cereals but if I had to choose my favorite I would say that I have two favorites cinnamon toast crunch and frosted flakes. I find that I have to eat two bowls though if I want to make it through until lunch time.

Flavoured oatmeal with orange juice and a banana. It keeps me full until about 3 hours before my lunch break. I eat at 6:00 am and I don't get lunch until 12:30.

Lol, this might be wierd for some of your, but try it, 3 slices spread of mmargerine or butter, 2 friend eggs with a dash of black pepper and salt. And also orange marmalade with the slices, and there you go, Or you can also go for some Frosted Flake cereals.
