No-- but if you paid through PayPal, you can get your money back if you haven't received the item. You have 45 days to report it from date of purchase.

EBay is simply a medium for sales and is not responsible for payment or delivery. One thing a lot of eBay sellers do not realize is that they are obligated by the FTC to make sure a package sold by mail does arrive within 30 days. While many sellers charge the buyer extra for insurance, the seller is legally bound to insure delivery whether the buyer pays extra or not. When I sell on eBay, I always include postal insurance at no extra charge.

No that is up to the seller or purchaser you can get recorded dilevery or offer insurance on items. if the item has not arrived and you have paid for it by paypal you can put in a dispute. what is your ebay so i can have a look at what you are selling i am 1925hall

No it is a risk you take with ebay. If you don't receive the item you can report it through ebay or paypal though.
