Bank Implants?

Has anyone heard that banks are considering putting implants in their customers instead of providing debit or atm cards?

Someone is pulling your leg. There are smart chips that allow for quicker verification/identification, but no one is going to ask their customers to implant the devices. This is just a bad movie tag line.
