I'm firmly a mustard person! There is a hot dog vendor in my college town's "hip" area, and he sells late-night dogs with shredded cheddar cheese on top (You don't melt the cheese, just put it on the dog and it does the rest!) ! I know it sounds weird, but try THAT with some spicy brown mustard (especially at 1AM)!
