Why is it that most rebate submissions are mailed to and processed in Minnesota, and the vast majority of those sent to Young America, MN? Is it a preferable location for some tax reasons or something? Thanks -

there are a number of other, similar outfits in different states as well.

I believe that a firm got started there many years ago and has simply continued.

Some such firms began because of access to a specific labor force, perhaps persons with disabilities, who worked in special conditions and thus were exempt from the usual minimum wage laws [or their wages were partly paid by the government]. I suspect those days are long gone as the rebates are now entered into a computer which does all the checking and processing.
