I already have, bad car wreck smashed face, mostly my nose and chin got mangled. I found out it's the ICU's job to keep you from dying, not to sew you up using fancy techniques to minimize scars or fix broken noses. I need a second surgery to fix my nose issues and the sinus that keeps getting infected, but I do not look forward to that hell at all.

heck no I wouldn't want my pretty face to look like something it's not suppose to look like. I've heard horror stories about plastic surgery. Look @ Kanye West mom she died from it.

sure why not if it makes you feel good about yourself and you can afford it then i'd go for it personally, but i'd probably stick with less invasive procedures and those that aided in reducing the effects of aging...and after several kids probably a tummy tuck lol

no, you were born a certain way, and you need to except it or else people will think of you differently. for example, ashley simpson got her nose done and about 2 months later, she showed up saying stuff in a magazine like "you need to be comfortable in your skin. you are unique and you should love the way you are." ummm....

You people have too much self-esteem. I would so get a nose job and a boob job but I don't have enough money and I think I'm to young.

Well, I would ONLY if I got a terrible burn or something like that from an accident, but I would NEVER for something like "oh, my breasts arn't big enough, oh well I'll just make them bigger"

yes...nothing wrong with a little maintenance...just no major overhauling. I like what I have....I don't require spare parts...just a little touch up if needed
