What is the sturdiest hanger for a gutter?

Is the fascia bracket stronger than gutter spikes which are driven through the gutter and fascia board? Is it easier to put up a gutter with fascia brackets because they can be put up first and the gutter doesn't have to be held in place by 2 people to fasten it? Can fascia brackets support a greater weight of water than the spikes or hidden gutter fasteners which have one big screw that goes into the fascia and supports the lip on the other side?

Hidden gutter screws are the best. You can preset where you want them. I usually have one on each end and then every three feet. It still takes two people to hang the gutter correctly.
