If i get onto my comp after my boyfriend is on his comp and playing warcraft online it seems to stop me from opening sites i search on. I have cable interenet and he is running wireless off of my comp. Does anyone know what the problem would be?

Not enough bandwidth to go around. You could get him to install net limiting software on his pc so there's some bandwidth left for you. Other than that don't let him play while you're browsing the net.
http://www.netlimiter.com/ - There's a free trial here if you'd like to try it (well you wouldn't want to buy it unless it solves the prob), not sure if there's a free alternative. Limit the upload as well as the download as it's just as important.
I'd say keep 10kbps free for upload and 50-100kbps for download while browsing the net and the rest of the bandwidth for his game. Tweak the speed until you find the right balance.

He is simply using up to much of your bandwidth, which will slow down what you are trying to do.
