I see nothing wrong with this as long as the Borders are sealed first. Any official path to amnesty that is legislated before we have sealed our borders is an encouragement for more illegals to come here. I try not to alienate Hispanics. They just want to Have a decent place to live with their families and to be able to BBQ in theyre backyards like any other American Family. And there are many that have come here legally as well.

A sealed border yes. Amnesty NO. Why should they get a free pass for breaking the laws? Why should they get put ahead of all the ones trying to get in legally? I dont think all should have to be deported but a blanket amnesty is not the answer. It has already been shown Amnesty did not work in the past. It only compounded the problem. Also think twice about alienating the legal citizens of this country no matter what race or nationality.

My husband is an immigrant and he is feeling the pain of all the immigrants who come over illegally currently. He came from Nigeria legally and it has taken over a year and he still doesn't know if he can stay in the country.
Sealing the border is a great idea we think but shipping all the illegals back is impossible. Immigration policy and the process is outrageous. Being an American myself and actually dealing with it has been rough and can tell you the reason the come illegally is because the risk of not getting caught is a lot better than trying to come the legal way.

Geez.... the Germans killed their *CITIZENS*... not illegal immigrants invading their country. President Bush *WAS NOT* elected by illegals voting.... that's a Democrat hope to use illegal votes to win elections. So your argument is that we need high birth rate minimum wage workers to drain our social safety net, as a set of new voters? Again, that seems like a Democrat dream. Your ruse of seeming to agree with a sealed border doesn't ameliorate your lame support for the illegal invasion or your illogical support for Amnesty for those illegals.

A sealed border is reasonable, but amnesty is not.
Amnesty would spit in the face of generations of immigrants that worked hard to earn their citizenship. The best answer would be to take away the demand for illegal immigrants, and make it impossible for them to earn money in our country. Take away the demand, take away the problem.
Also, we should pass the FairTax initiative so that we can tax them for using our resources.

First and foremost, why do we REWARD lawbreakers? If you ingress into Mexico illegally you go to jail. Not here... we give you a SS #, a drivers license and a VOTE FOR HILLARY Badge. The law is the law and should be obeyed. And its NOT impossible to deport millions of people. We can track ONE mad cow from Canada and we cant track Illegal immigrants? Cmon.

I do not believe that we should deport all illegal immigrants. However, some sort of progressive amnesty should be put in place. People should be given the opportunity to become legal. If they choose not to comply with government enfored policies (paying taxes for example) than deportation should then be enforced. Otherwise, American tax payers will pay the price... Literally!

The opposite of amnesty is not necessarily deportation. There are ways of setting paths to citizenship that don't include shipping everyone out and making them come back in legally.

I believe that progressive amnesty would be a possible solution for illegal aliens, but immigrants are people who have legally gone through our system to become citizens, making the coined phrase "illegal immigrants" and oxymoron.

Any authentic American, no remember if certainly born or naturalized, could take offense to unlawful extraterrestrial beings. we've a gadget in place for people who opt for to develop into voters. this saves people by using fact it weeds out criminals (as much as a risk), yet provides others a gamble to make a greater desirable existence for themselves and their households. attempting to dodge this technique is an insult to all criminal immigrants who performed by ability of our rules and worked annoying to develop into people. in case you crossed the border in another countries, you're able to desire to be shot instantaneous. Or, perchance that they had have mercy on you and easily imprison you for the subsequent 60 years. Why shouldn't united statesa. shelter her borders, too? could you furnish a cookie and a cup of tea to a criminal who merely busted down your front door? i think of not. Your first reaction could be to the two kill him, injure him or get him the hell out of your place. Why could we assume something much less while it is composed of retaining the american people?
