Google Military GT score. You can read some about it at MENSA.
Look up the GT score requirements to become a pilot.
The requirement to become an officer is at least a GT score of 110 and probably at GT score of 120 for a pilot.
The GT score runs with IQ, MENSA allows GT scores of over 130 and IQ scores of over 150. Since GWB was a pilot his IQ is a minimum of 130 and if I remember correctly the required GT for pilots is 120 so GWB's IQ is more like 140.
Of course people who are really uneducated about things like intelligence and intelligence quotients make up a bunch of stories about how stupid people are because it makes them feel smart.

What makes you think Bush is dumb? What if it was his plan to create the chaos in Iraq. What if it fits part of a strategy on behalf of a group of thinkers in the US?
Think about who benefits from his policies. Who benefits from his actions? He's clearly not working for the best interest of the American people in general, but he is working for a very tiny number of Americans.
Think about it.

Smart enough to increase his wealth and that of his friends by starting & continuing a war for oil & profit at the expense of the American people & still keep on garnishing support from some of them.

Smart enough to take a recession, which was handed to him, through a terrorist attack, which had been in planning for years, go through corporate scandals, etc. And still have record job growth, record low unemployment, record home ownership (and the "mortgage crisis" is even being a minor crisis) and record numbers on the DOW.
Smart enough to get elected twice.
Smart enough to attend Ivy League schools.
And with the entire democratic Congress gunning for him, he is either innocent of everything the liberal nutcases are accusing him of, or he is smart enough to get away with it.

Well, he has a Bachelor degree from Yale and a Masters form Harvard, so I would guess he is well above average intelligence wise. Communication is not his strong point, but probably has an IQ inthe 130 to 140 range.

Bush is a very intelligent man, but he is a figurehead for his campaign.
His advisors make all the decisions. He is just a speaker.

Hard to say, he is good at speeches but like most Presidents they have people writing them for him.
When he freestyles, lots of funny stuff comes out.
