I agree with brddg with how to determine the right amount. Find an amount that your fish are able to finish within 2-3 minutes (use a net/siphon to remove any excess). Then double that amount (this is the amount fish can be fed during a single day, separated into two feedings). If you want to use more frequent feedings, you can just divide the total amount of food your fish should be fed per day into more "portions".
Just as a side note, smaller fish and fry may need more frequent feedings than large fish, especially large predators. It sounds as though from the species you list that 2 feedings a day will be enough.

I've kept fish 40+ years and only ever feed once a day and only the amount they will eat in 2-3 minutes. As Platies and Mollies like to feed from the top of the tank I'd add a little flake occasionally! Bloodworm can sometimes cause constipation (you will notice them not dropping the waste as quickly or it breaking off in small pieces) to combat it I use shelled frozen peas. You defrost in warm water and squeeze the split peas out of the outer skin and drop in the tank. All fish I've kept love them! Once a week is sufficient.
Try not to overfeed 4 times a day is far too much. Any food not eaten in 3 minutes should if possible be removed.

It is best to feed it a little bit. Then you see if they eat all of it and look for more. Also you should give all the fish 2 pellets. So how ever many fish you have times it by two and that is how many pellets you put in.

Your shark is called an Iridenscent Shark. Your fine, I would get flakes so your other fish (platies, mollies and tiger barbs ) can eat some food too at the top where they have been labeled. If the pellets are small enough so the mollies and the other fish can eat, I woudl just leave everythin alone.

Once a day is good. Probably feeding less is better. The Mollies and Platys would probably benefit from foods with some vegetable content. Think about adding some blanched greens to the feeding regimen.

It is best to start off with small feedings. Watch how much they eat and feed them only what they will completely consume in about 3 minutes. Any more than that will be waste and will contaminate the aquarium.

feed a little and often.. for free live food leave a bucket outside to gather rainwater then leave the bucket somewhere in the garden or balcony out of the way of falling leaves, after a few weeks you will have little nymphs etc to feed your tropicals with.
