my father in law do not trust me .earlier he never trust his wife ,daughter,son.now i'm the target.he use to follow me where i'm going .everytime he ask me so many question which iriitates me what wud i do

Tell him to grow up and to leave you alone. I would have a talk with your husband about his father following you around and such. The man needs help!
Avoid him when you can. Don't answer his calls and don't talk to him. You don't need to answer his questions. Your life is non of his business!

I wouldn't worry about whether or not he trusts you especially if you know you are a trustworthy person.
He follows you? Where? to the bathroom? down to the store?
I would tell him that he has crossed the line and that he is jeopardizing his relationship within the family. His actions are inappropriate.
Set a line and tell him if he crosses it. :)

follow him instead, take pictures and make him completely paranoid....
or just smile at him alot,
question him every time your around him, where were you tuesday, what did you do, I called you at work and you were not there, where were you, why did they say you weren't there etc. and who is shelia?
