Most of the time I do stay in between. But I know you can feel up and a few min. its like somebody stuck a pin in you and all your happiness is shot down.

The in between has always seemed way too mundane for
me. I'm a Sag, an excitement junkie and a person who
always feels best when playing around in those clouds.
They're home to me and sustain me enough so I can take
their energy "down to Earth" when having to deal with
everyday matters. I sort of hedge my bets against
rainy days by storing solar. Even when I have to go
to the laundramat, I take my music and a journal. I
couldn't bear just watching my clothes go round and
round like a hamster. It does take a lot of energy to
live like this and I have to admit that sometimes
my solar panels aren't receiving. These are the
days when I stop self initiating and go to a movie
in the middle of the day. It gets easier as you get
older. Extreme mood swings have a lot to do
with hormones....but without them, you'd have
wrinkles and an A as big as a barn. Count your
blessings.

Well, that is the reality about life, this world and mundane things. suddenly one is up, and suddenly one is down, and the point is, that, none of these things should affect one. One should not be too happy at something, as well as too sad at some other thing. As I grow old, I realise more, how important is Philosophy to people, especially the Indian Philosophy. It is amazing, that how these ancestors had evaluated every situation, and answered every riddle, every llife's problems. I just crossed fifty, and if I go on living, I am sure, that I shall be able to speak more.

One shall need tremenduus spiritual training to 'stay in between' as you wish, and this 'staying in between' is the value of 'temperance' and it need to be practiced.

I'm mostly in the clouds from happiness, though on rare occasions i can be down too...i'm glad about these rare depressive moments because they teach me many things and make me respect my happinness more...if i was happy absolutely all the time i think i wouldn't cherish it as much as i do... so actually i'm very glad there's no middle, i think it would be a very boring life =)

I think you may be rapid bi-polar like me. I have the same problem. When you have a mind that always thinks, it will ask as many questions, and raise as many problems as it solves. Take a walk in the woods.

not overall, i can feel very happy about one thing, then the next day have a different view of it, but i dont let one thing, area of my life, rule over the rest of my life,
i think reaching the middle, to me, is keeping all of your life in mind, its very rare for everthing to be great or bad all at the same time,

If we learn to live life on life's terms, we come into balance,
the highs are not to high, the lows are not to low, God never gives us more then we can handle, if we use God.
