There's these girls in my year who hate me. I have no idea why? but they seem to talk about me all the time. I don't even talk to them. one of them seems to hate me loads! And her friend bitches about me and I have no clue what its about. but i haven't done anything to them! Why do they hate?

The Bully pack. They have to travel together in a pack to feel important cause alone they are nobody. They do stuff to fit in the little gang. It all stems to insecurity and jealousy. You should be flattered. But sometimes those girls get violent so you should watch your back! You are above them.

I know that it might seem a little hard, but try your best to ignore them and not let it get to you. This other group of girls used to hate me and my friends, and to this day I don't know why. They have grown out of it now and are all very friendly towards me when they're alone- waving, saying hi and smiling at me. Try your best to ignore it and hopefully they'll give it up. Just remember- if they are wasting their time talking about someone who has done nothing to them they must not have much of a life! Good luck!

Oh boy.
Ignorance is bliss, not always...but in this case it is.
Meaning, if you would stop thinking about them so much and what they're doing and saying in regards to you...it will stop.
Whether they stop gossiping sooner or later, who knows? However it's common sense, if you show someone who is giving you grief for any reason that they're bothering you and it's affecting your life and how you feel...odds are they'll continue to do it.
So if you want it to stop, carry on with yourself and your life and act as if you know nothing. Or...act ignorant to their comments etc. I don't care if they're standing right next to you and say something...shake it off and just smile and be EVER SO POLITE :)
Yeah those bullies hate kindness, it's like putting salt on an open wound to them. Once they take the hint that what they do and/or say about you isn't having an effect anymore, they'll eventually retreat.
So from experience with bitc*es myself, just smile pretty and act like nothing phases you. Oh yeah and tell them "Good morning!" and all those other nice things too, then if you hear them talking about you, you could just walk up to them and say:
"Oh were you talking about me?....hey look, I can write down my P.O. Box and you can send me your fan mail anytime...I mean since you seem so fascinated with me, I just thought I would see if you wanted the P.O. Box....???!!"
......."Well I would love to stay and chat, but I get tired of hearing about myself...plus I feel so selfish standing here and being talked about, the gossip is flattering and all, but it gets old after ahwile."......."See ya later!"
*Or something like that.

There is probably something about your mannerism that they don't like...
Maybe you've acted like a bit of a smart-*** or a kiss-*** or a snob.
You just must do something that undermines them, it doesn't have to be intentional... they just have to convince themselves it makes them look bad.
Only thing to do is either over-look it and smile at them, say hi and act comfortable around them. Maybe they'll stop seeing you as a pain in the ***.
Or ignore learn to live with it and ignore them.

They have no life and no serious problems in life. If one of them had a father who was suddenly unemployed and she had to sleep in her car and take a bath in a gas station restroom, or if one of them developed cancer and all her hair fell out, they might MIGHT get a clue and see how wrong they are to not EMPATHIZE with other people.
But don't hold your breath for lightning to strike down the evil. They'll always be with us.

I would go up to the girls and be like "***** if u got something to say then say it to my face" then if they say something i would whoop they asses. Or if i were u i'd ask them if and why they have a problem with me. If they give a stupid reason then let them hate u...F*** them girls. u got friends right? U dont need them.

Maybe they're jealous and have nothing better to do with their own pathetic lives. Just ignore then, because in some time you'll come out on top, and they'll wish they had never done those things to you.

Because you stand out in a special way that makes them envy you. Be flattered by this. Like the first response said....it's always jealousy.

sounds to me as though they are jealous!
You can confront it, or the biggest thing that will really get up there nose, act as if you are not bothered, just be happy and yourself, they will soon realise to move on and bother someone else!
Believe me at the moment it seems like a big deal and its horrid (trust me I was picked on at school, I am now 26)
But now they all having boring life and made nothing of themselves still going on about school 10 years later! trust me they will get bored, just keep your chin up!
