well he is a phsicopath and a looser and has adhd whicht is why i was his freind for so long...................but now hes vandilizing and blaming it on me

Don't let him take you down with him, and he eventually will. Get away from him now- you have a great reason to. Getting someone in trouble with the cops is always a deal breaker in friendship. Always.
