ya my girlfriend. has been on the birth pill for about 2 and a half months and this week she has been feeling bad. i asked her why and she says its because she forgot to take her pill on the right times for the past few days and i wanted to know if that could make you sick.

I doubt it but being pregnant might. Take a test just to be sure. If she's having a problem remembering to take her pills she has many other birth control options including depo shots, IUDs and other methods that don't require a woman to pay daily attention to birth control. Talk to a healthcare provider. And by the way, THANK YOU for being a man who is active in the birth control process and concerned for your partner's health!

Have to agree with Ciao Amore. Missing the pill is unlikely to make you feel bad, but if you miss the pill and have sex, and THEN start to feel bad...she could be pregnant.

It's never made me feel sick, I have never heard any of my friends say that it made them sick, but everyone is different. It could of very well made her queasy.
