The way you asked the question, it's Point Barrow in Alaska. If you'd asked about the "contiguous" United States (the old 48 states), Minnesota would be right.

just to be nit picky, I was brought up that "continental" and "contiguous" both referred to the lower 48 states, as Hawaii........obviously...and Alaska.less obviously..were "overseas".
