If it's one of the "loan officers" who spam Yahoo Answers with their poorly written English and a Yahoo.com, Gmail.com or Hotmail.com e-mail address, then yes, it's a scam.

I would treat anyone who pushes loans here as a scam artist.

Yes - very likely a scam or a illegitimate posting. Report it to YAHOO ANSWERS immediately.
