Oh, there are problems with the theory, though so far nothing with the basic premise of natural selection.
And they should be pointed out and the theory should be corrected for them.
That's how theories get better.

If you don't believe in evolution, you must believe in so-called "creationism". There may be some invalid claims in the theory of evolution (though I can't think of any), but there is nothing but invalid claims in the creationist thinking. So yeah, it's wrong. It's illogical to choose the theory that has absolutely zero supporting evidence than it is to choose the theory with some evidence that is questionable.

No, that is a basic right of everyone - to agree or disagree. But as for me personally, since most of those claims have so much scientific and believable stuff behind them, it would be hard for me to do. But if you mean disagree in favor of religious fairy tales which have no scientific basis or credibility, then I would always take the side of evolution.
I haven't believed in Santa Claus or the tooth fairy for many years now and likewise do not believe in the fables of Noah's ark, walking on water, etc., etc.

I can disagree with the claims of gravity, but I'm not going to test this by stepping off a rooftop.

No, nothing wrong to disagree with the claims. I dont agree myself, because the apes that are suppose to evolve into human are still around.

umm evolution is not a claim
its a FACT!!!!
there are tons of books and evidence that back it up
what dose the alternative have (intelligent design) NONE!
and if you disagree it just shows how ignorant you are
(umm there is only a few of the apes that evolved the rest never have that mutation or stimulaion to make them evolve...thats why there are apes)

Of course not but you might want to make sure you have proof to present your case before just disagreeing with it on principle.
