How do I get HTML in my myspace profile?

i cant view any properties since im at work on a controlled computer and server so if you can give me the html it would be appreciated...this is a site id like it from

you copy and paste it, to see what to paste it , for different effects, try these sites

on the myspace help site, choose profile design as the topic, html/background/inserting as the sub topic ,, on the pimpmyprofile site there is a forum, under the help link on top right of page
