I'm based in the UK and have just finished writing a script that is worthy enough for production. I have all the locations, the props but no cast! without using friends and family, where else can I find unpaid, amateur performers?

Post an ad somewhere. Some undiscovered actors will do anything to get discovered, so most will willingly do your play/movie.

Try posting in universities or acting schools. Also, in the U.S. you can go to a lot of casting websites like actorsaccess.com and post for your project. Maybe there is something like that in the UK as well.
