This way she can go by Isabel, Isa, Bell, Bella........
Also, a very good thing to know is make sure and check names for syllable count. The rule of thumb is to go with 1 syllable for the 1st name if the last is 2 or 2 for the 1st if 3 in the last or vice versa. Tom Keller sounds better than Tom Smith! Julia Ellis sounds better than Julia Edgarton.
In your case since Meas is one syllable is would sound best to go with a 1st name than has more than 1 syllable!
It just rolls off the tongue better!

Isabel, I have a second cousin with that name. Ella Meas sounds like a disease, to close to measles. Pick Isabel, definitely.
