What can we do about the political cyber bullies here?

If you cant defend your ideals, are your ideals worth having?
Why the cloning, the hate filled rants, the creation of avatar names that are filled with that same hate?

wiser? bud...I believe you typify what I am referring to, yes.

This was a simple enough question yet you turn into a school yard type fight, so yes you are immature and I am sure your bring this mentality into all your Q&A's.

You make a good point. I prefer rational argumentation instead of all these insults and flying off the handle. We're all human and given to that when someone sinks to that level first, but that doesn't mean we have to start with that in the question or when answering someone who has not resorted to those tactic in their question.

The million dollar question.
Some obviously lack the skill ability or maybe even the will to debate and defend their idea's and prefer to disrupt the debate in an effort to silence the voices of reason.
Others possibly don't even have a political agenda but find some juvenile pleasure in upsetting others.
A last group might have experienced cyber harassment repeatedly themselves or have seen close friends fall victim to this, thinks it's time to fight back because reporting and staying within the rules seems pointless and endless because the abusers just continue to make new profiles to harass and threaten. After all the time I spent here I can't say I don't understand people who take revenge though I still think they are wrong

The only thing we can do is try to ignore the bullies and report any harassment to yahoo

It's America and many people are filled with hate, they generally keep it hidden below the surface but the internet allows them to spout their beliefs anonymously and when that happens the hatred shines through.

If your ideas have merit, I would think they'd stand in spite of childish attacks. Often the more pathetic and desperate your attackers, the more reasonable you sound...
