Only when Toho Co. Ltd. gets off their collective high horses over the Godzilla franchise and allow these two films to be released on DVD.
Toho still resents the poor marketing New World and Miramax respectively did for those two movies and decided to pull them from the official DVD release lines.

There are currently no plans to release Godzilla 1985 or The Return of Godzilla on Region 1 DVD from Lakeshore Entertainment. This film is able to be purchased on DVD but only in Japanese from Japan which they have made this 1991 VHS release into DVD format. It is recorded in Japanese dialogue but has English subtitles if needed. This also applies to Godzilla vs. Biollante. Whether or not the release of Godzilla 3-D will help pique interest for DVD release for either film is debatable among fans.

Godzilla Versus Biollante is available on dvd (Miramax) now. I found a copy for five dollars at Dollar General. Godzilla: 1985, I don't know.
