Dearest Sage,

Yes, I have. I didn't step off the cliff. But came horribly close.
I'll remember it all till the day I die.

But, as they say, live and learn. And I learned quite a lot. And life is good :)

peace to you

No, thank goodness. If I do have a bad period, or undesireable, I try to work through it and let time solve issues. I am quite frank and if it is a person-to-person situation, I usually like to discuss it privately with that individual. As for work, I have had problems, but I try to keep things in perspective. Difficult times are usually temporary.

I think at one point or another we've been to the point of no return. My thoughts are...when having one of 'those' days, just take some time to regroup and think of all that is truly important in your life and before you know it...you'll be smiling again:)

Once, a long time ago, I was close. I finally realized I had to do something to change that and make my life better for me.
Now, things are a lot better.

Yes...been there. It's amazing where a depressed mind will take you. Luckily for me I had a good friend who reached out and pulled me back.
