It depends.. has ur period stopped? bc if ur not menstruating regularly then you might be too thin. If you feel too thin then maybe you should gain a little bit of weight. but dont focus on "improving" your body just bc u wanna impress guys. Everyone in the world is just TOO SHALLOW! you are beautiful the way you are! seriously! u should be a model! I think that the only thing u need to improve on is your self esteem. I hope that helped!

You look just fine. You don't need to gain weight or lose it. As far as improving your body - it's hard to tell by the picture. As long as you are toned and healthy, that is the most important.

No your a good wieght.
I weight 97
But I run 2 miles on the beach every morning
I do situp and jumping jacks
It's also for my soccer goalie training
so I do sports too
Basketball and Soccer
They are good workouts
I hear dance is too

Your weight looks fine, but you need to wear clothing that emphasizes your shape. in the picture the midriff area is too busy, it draws the eye there instead of your overall shape, but I'm just a guy.

You look FABULOUS!!!! I would suggest improving your brain instead. Women worry so much about how we look and when we are young we all feel defective. AND, it doesn't help that other jealous women want to point out defects...(you have zero defects... btw). Read books on how to succeed, feel happy and be of service. I have found that lifting weights and running makes my mind feel strong along with my body. Quit worrying about weight and get that mind going. You have it all!!!!

you look just fine to me, you only need to put on weight if you're particulalry underweight for your height and if it's for health reasons. You only need to improve your body if that's what would make you happy, general excercise and good will achieve that. like i said you seem fine to me, you look good, dress well and should be happy with yourself.

i dunno what your BMI is..but work it out, if you underweight dont go putting on the weight by making your *** fatter, do some muscle exercise, do a bit of weights, strenghen you arms so you dont have those flabby upper arms, and strengthen you thighs, you know..im not saying you look fat, but u might be underweight, and if you are take a lil action cos being underweight makes you vulnerable to all sorts of ailments
