Pets: Corneal Ulcers and Hep C?

supposedly corneal ulcers are a symptom of hepetitus c, is this related the same way in pets, should i be concerned about this if my pet has developed corneal ulcers

Corneal ulcers are NOT exclusive of Hepetitis C. THere are 101 other more likely things if your pet has one. However since they can do enough dmge to afect sight yes this is a matter of concern.
