Happiness shows a different picture to every person who experiences it. It means so many different things, depending on who's outlook that it is.
To me, happiness is feeling content. That I am comfortable in where I am, what I am doing and who I am with. It may be a variety of things, and it can change by the day.
I am happy when I am not restricted by rules, laws or routines. I crave freedom and peace. And feeling them both is a feeling of contentment, and that would make me happy. When I can be myself and not be judged or expected to be any other way than the way that I am. When I am not worrying, now that is peaceful, especially as I tend to worry too much.
Happiness is what life should be all about. I am usually happy enough. But true happiness I still am in search for. When I find it, life will be better than life.

Happiness is when you're in a place and you don't want to be in a different place.

Happiness is when you are in a body and you don't want to be in a different body.

Happiness is when you have a mind and you don't want a different mind.

Happiness is when you don't want anything because what you have already is good enough.

Happiness is when you no longer concern yourself with being the best or by being perfect but by accepting your flaws and celebrating your strenghts.

Those that say that nobody can be happy all the time are just people who can't see the positive in all things and if there is one thing I believe more than anything it is that there is a positive and negative to absolutely everything. You just have to look harder to find the positive with some things...

Happiness is what happens whenever we are not judging anything.

Any time that you are not judging you are happy.

The moment that you start judging, you find something to be unhappy about.

It really is that simple.

Love and blessings Don
