It will happen but it'll be too late , a worker in China is paid 30$ per month , go figure...

Never. China is the world's factory. We will have to stop buying things from China.

Anyway, China is a big enough country to turn to natural resources like water, sun, methane. They have the resources required.

As we are typing, there is a movement in the world to work on being less fossil fuel dependent and you can be sure it is happening in industry and manufacturing.

Why ?
Survival.
He who is least polluted lives.
Its as simple as that.
Live or die as a business.company

So my answer is - it is probably not going to happen.

I guess that the answer is more about when America chooses to manufacture her own products. She is importing in too much of foreign imports and exporting too few.
