It is not true.
it consists of starch objects in maturity with little bit of semen. it is not the matter of blood but it is just the semen which is normally produced by testicles daily. it is not a big loss to get it out at least once in a week

no not even a single drop of blood is consumed or used in the process of production of the semen it is a different set of organs helping secrete the semen and its a continous process in the body once it starts and the semen produced once has to be used or thrown out of the system by anymechenism and its loss will not cause any deficency too that is what it is .... the old sayings were based on giving examples for retaing your male virginity till a specific age of 25 as was prevalent then at those times

That's silly. Sex is a normal healthy activity that you can enjoy throughout a long, full life, whether you have intercourse with a lady or masturbate. No tiny secret sect would have some little known knowledge that wouldn't be true of the entire 6 billion people on earth. It isn't logical. Your body was designed to have sex and make more of you, just like every other living thing on the planet. Your purpose for being isn't just to grow old.

No thats not true in manstrubation you loose calories equivalent to those in a glass of lemonade with a table spoon of sugar! In fact its good to health manstrubating regularly decreases chances of your getting prostate cancer later in life!
