Why not? You are human and are entitled to fantasise about sex with anyone. There are no hard and fast divisions and we don't wear labels putting us into one slot or another. Many men who regard themselves as straight have sex with other men.
I don't know how your wife would feel about a threesome with you and a young man getting off in front of her. It might be more discrete were you to have one on one sex with him first. Or you may just want to leave it as a fantasy. It's up to you. Whichever you decide it doesn't mean you are gay or bi or whatever, it just means you are a normal man.

I don't know enough about you to say. Sex is sex, so it doesn't concern me that you fantasize about sex with a man. I am concerned about sex with an 18 year old. It would be okay if you're on your early 20's, questionable if you're in your late 20's, and then enters into creepy in your 30's and older because of the age differences.
Take male to male out of the equation. Think about a 23yo young man wanting to have sex with an 18yo girl. Now, a 30yo man and an 18yo girl. Now a 40yo. Now a 50 yo. Get the picture.
I think any sex between any two informed and competant, consenting adults is okay. Even though 18 is considered as being an adult in many repects, they are new to the adult world... like a 16yo driver compared to a 38yo driver... how good are they at making choices.
I wonder what was going on in your life when you were about 18yo. Do you have an emotional or a sexual "anchor point" to that age in your personal life's history?
Find a man close to your own age, set things up, and bang away.

I always say, "If it feels good...do it!" So enjoy yourself. Just be careful, because your wife might decide that she likes sex with the 18 year old better than you! But then again, you may decide that you like sex with the young man more than sex with your wife.
Have fun!

if this is bothering you, and i suspect it is, you might want to ask yourself what else is happening in your life. is something making you feel dimished or defeated? often men feel homoeros when they need to reconnect with their own masculintiy. if you want to explore the underlying needs and wants at work here, i suggest you google people can change, or narth, or exodus if you are religious.
Operating in ignorance in our real enemy here and the goal, no matter what else happens, is self knowledge. floundering around in the dark means that you might be making life-altering decisions based on rumour and superstition.
Try those sites, it's a good beginning.

You probably are really a bisexual male but you have not acted on it or you have not come to accept your orientation.
