Paul Pierce, no question. Pierce has a better shot and better moves to the hoop. Pierce has led the Celtics to a couple of nice playoff runs. Josh Howard could never lead a team. Could you imagine the Mavs without Dirk?

Paul Pirce! Better shooter, better in asists, better leader of a team... I just think is better player, but Josh is still young and can inprove.

you could not actually compare them right now because they didn't start their career at the same year... but pierce have played several all star games while howard only played once
