i think if told the truth always you'd be the most hated person in the universe.
So, yes its possible, but because we care about what others think, no it won't happen.

i think its possible to not knowingly tell a lie, this doesnt mean that everything you say is a truth, but that you believe it to be true,
for instance, if a say a certain person is a good, kind person, this is truth to me, the person may very well have a dark evil side which has been hidden from me,
at the same time, i think its very difficult to never knowingly tell a lie
a child asks "do i look pretty" , a loved one asks "am i a horrible person" it would be hard to say no, no matter what your personal opinion is

Possible, but illogical to do so. When someone asks a question of you that would have the implication of a positive answer by saying "It is none of your business", or something to that effect, it is proper to lie. Do not feed someone's need for gossip or information that is not his to own by giving him answers that may be later questioned further.
