No, unless you're talking about soldier of fortune 2 or soldier of fortune payback, where you can literally slice your opponents to pieces with your rifle.

Top notch games like Crysis actually lacks realism due to its violence level being tuned down. Not to say violence is good, but when you bomb a person with a rocket and he didn't even spill a single drop of blood, it really kills the level of realism
