I am sorry, I don't understand. If the rapist doesn't shoot her or stab her or strangle her, why do they die?

Where are you getting your statistics? Most girls DON'T die after getting raped. (Well, they will eventually, but from old age not the rape)

Rapists need to overpower the person so I guess strangulation or blood loss after being beaten. I don't see any other way. I guess they could die of drug overdose if they were drugged.

Statistically, 100% of people who are raped, will die.
Might be 60 years down the track though, from cancer.
