I was wondering what the name of the process that used the tracking dots to create the cgi fights and if it is possible to buy this type of program and what all it would take. thank you

The name of that GFX in that movie is Bullet Time for those super slowmo in Agent-style fights.

I don't know but I really liked that movie. Could possibly be real.
