Not yet. I use cooking spray. Or margarine in recipes that call for lard. In the US lard is mostly used by Hispanics, who seem to think that Salt and LArd are food groups. They cook some tasty stuff, perhaps all the better because it's bad for you. My favorite Sunday breakfast is a big bowl of Menudo, which is--well...you don't want to know. Unless you're a Scot. It's the moral equivalent of Haggis, which is hard to get in Chicagoland since the Atlantic Restaurant closed.
